Following the introduction of amendments to the civil procedure rules (CPR), HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has amended the judicial review claim court form N461 and acknowledgment court form N462 as a result of changes brought in by The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2018. The amendments reflect changes in relation to the protection of costs for claims brought under the Aarhus convention.
Judicial review forms for both the administrative courts and the planning court have been amended.
Both the amended rules and amended forms come into force on 6 April 2018.
The amended court forms are:-
- N461 - Claim form - Judicial Review (Administrative Court)
- N462 - Acknowledgment of service - Judicial Review (Administrative Court)
- N461PC – Claim form - Judicial Review (Planning Court)
- N462PC - Acknowledgment of service - Judicial Review (Planning Court)
