Companies House form change – January 2018

Companies House has carried out a small change to the CH01 - Change of director's details form to include an advisory note at the top of page one to urge their customers not to stable the form pages together.

 

The change highlights the challenges of continued use of paper forms that agencies face with processing large volumes of paper.

Switch to eSubmission (webfiling)

With our App you don’t need to use the paper version of the form as we support the esubmission of form CH01 directly to Companies House eliminating the paper process delays.

Simply enter the information just as you would on the paper form. Instead of selecting the “Print” button select the “eSubmit” button – it is as simple as that! All that is needed is the registered company’s Company Authentication Number and you are ready to submit the changes to Companies House for updating the register.

Several other Companies House forms are also eSubmittable including officer appointment and termination AP01 and TM01 forms and all forms for use where the company is PROOF registered.
