Court of Protection forms are changing

Legislation changes brought into force by the Court of Protection (amendment) Rules 2015 have introduced changes to the existing range of Court of Protection forms and have introduced further forms to the range.  These new and amended forms are for use from 1st July 2015. New July edition of the Court of Protection forms are available in FormEvo in time for 1st July use.
