New forms have been released for use in family appeals to the Family Division of the High Court following amendments introduced by the Access to Justice Act 1999 (Destination of Appeals) (Family Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2016. Associated amendments have been carried out to Practice Direction 30A (PD30A). New leaflet setting out the fees payable in family appeals have been introduced (PF200) including routes of appeal in family proceedings (FP201), guidance on how to appeal to the Family Division of the High Court (FP202) and guidance notes (N161D) on appealing to the Court of Appeal (Civil Division) and the family court using the N161 application form.
