Following the introduction of The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2018, HM Land Registery has carried out amendments to the following Land Registry forms. The rules come into force on 6 April 2018.
Changes to CN1 and ST3 are minor. Changes to the form CIT Tinlcude the addition of two new certificates (Certificate R and Certificate S) which enable applications to be made by the Fire and Rescue Authorities in England and Wales and the Charity Commission.
New versions of these Land Registry forms are for use from 6 April 2018.
Amended Land Registry forms are:-
- CN1 – Application to cancel a notice (other than a unilateral notice) (LRCN1)
- CIT – Application in connection with court proceedings, insolvency and tax liability (LRCIT)
- ST3 - Statement of truth in support of an application for registration of land based upon lost or destroyed title deeds (LRST3)
