HM Land Registry: RD1 form – April 2018

The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2018 which came into force on 6 April 2018 revoked rule 204 of the Land Registration Rules 2003 which allowed people to request the return of certain documents in certain situations.

As a consequence of this, the HM Land Registry legal form RD1 can no longer be used on or after 6 April 2018.

The following form should no longer be used:-

  • RD1 - Request for the return of original document(s) (LRRD1) - Withdrawn

This form has been disabled and will no longer appear in subscriber’s libraries of HM Land Registry legal forms to prevent further use.
