Land Transaction Tax (LTT) replaces SDLT for property transactions in Wales. Whilst it has been hard work, given the Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA) only gave us 3 working days notice, we have a solution and an access point for you.

Full launch of LTTax.co.uk 16th April.

We will be fine tuning this solution over coming weeks, and version updates will be to applied when appropriate automatically.
