Companies House fees are changing from 30 June. Amendments have been made to the following company mortgage filing forms for use with Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) to reflect the new registration fee.
Please note – Companies House fees differ where a form is sent to Companies House either by post or via FormEvo eSubmission. It is far more efficient and cost effective to use FormEvo to eSubmit the LLMR01 and LLMR02 forms.
From 30 June any paper forms sent to Companies House will incur a registration fee of £23.
Forms LLMR01 and LLMR02, should be esubmitted via FormEvo to ensure forms are charged at the lower electronic registration fee of £15.
The new Companies House registration fees come into force from 30 June 2016.
The amended forms are:-
- LLMR01 - Particulars of a charge created by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- LLMR02 - Particulars of a charge subject to which property or undertaking has been acquired by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- LLMR03 - Particulars for the registration of a charge to secure a series of debentures by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- LLMR08 – Particulars of a charge created by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- LLMR09 – Particulars of a charge subject to which property or undertaking has been acquired by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- LLMR10 – Particulars for the registration of a charge to secure a series of debentures by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
For forms LLMR01 and LLMR02 there is an option to complete and send by post using FormEvo’s “Print and Post” option for the exceptions where only a paper form will be accepted by Companies House.
