Limited Liability Partnerships: October form changes
10th October 2015

Companies House has amended the following Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) as a result of parts 7 and 8 of the new Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.  The main changes are to the company officer’s date of birth details where only partial date of birth details will be viewable on the public register and also the removal of the requirement for a “consent to act” signature, which has been replaced by a statement.

The new forms are for use from 10 October 2015.  Please note earlier versions of these LLP forms will not be accepted by Companies House from this date.
