New editions of the Judicial Review acknowledgment of service forms

HM Courts Service has amended two Judicial Review acknowledgment of service forms. New July versions of the following forms are now available in the FormEvo High Court legal forms library:-

  • N462 - Acknowledgment of Service - Judicial Review
  • N462PC - Acknowledgment of Service - Judicial Review (Planning Court)
