New forms for the Family Court – April 2017

Following changes to the Family Procedure Rules in relation to attachment of earnings orders and charging orders, HM Courts Service has introduced new forms FE6, FE7, FE15, FE16 and FE17 for use in the Family Court.

These new forms are for use from 6 April 2017.

The new Family Court forms are:-

  • FE6 – Application for charging order on land (FPR Part 40) (Family Court)
  • FE7 – Application for charging order on securities (FPR Part 40) (Family Court)
  • FE15 – Request for Attachment of Earnings Order (Family Court)
  • FE16 – Request for and result of search in the attachment of earnings index (Family Court)
  • FE17 - Form for replying to an attachment of earnings application (Family Court)
