Societas Europaea: October form changes
10th October 2015

Companies House has amended the following Societas Europaea (SE) forms as a result of parts 7 and 8 of the new Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.

SEAP01, SEAP02, SECH01, SECH01 supplementary guidance, SECV01, SEFM01, SEFM02, SEFM03, SEFM04, SEFM05, SETM01 and SETR02. 

The new SE forms are for use from 10 October 2015.  Please note earlier versions of these SE forms will not be accepted by Companies House from this date.
