HMRC have withdrawn the form "R27 - Reclaiming tax or paying tax when someone dies" and replaced the process with an automated and more tailored process involving letters that match individual circimstances. HMRC say this is more efficient for HMRC and their customers. As a result we have removed form R27(M) from the system to prevent accidental use.
