Data Validation rules update for LTT and NEW Confidential form feature.

SYSTEM UPDATE
- The new ‘Data Validation’ rules applicable for Land Transaction Tax (LTT) are now live. This massively assists with ‘get it right 1st time’ completion of the LTT form. Any queries in this regard, contact support.
- As a result of GDPR, there is an added feature to SDLT.co.uk, LTTax.co.uk, and LBTTax.co.uk that allows a form to be marked as ‘Confidential’ whereby the default position of:-
‘all users view all forms’ is then changed to
‘specific users only view specific forms’.
This confidential form feature, might well be used where firms offer staff conveyancing at cost as a benefit and staff would prefer that their personal transactions are now viewable by all staff.
