HMLR say "We have produced an amended version of our form CT1 which we will publish on GOV.UK on Monday 12 August 2018.
We have made amendments to some of the side notes in the form to clarify our practice. The main change relates to the amended side note in panel 10. On 12 August our practice will change and we will reject applications where the statement of truth is contained in a separate document rather than being set out in that panel. There will be a 3-month period of grace on this and we will continue to accept applications where this has been done until Friday 12 November. At the same time we will publishing on GOV.UK a new edition of our ‘practice guide 3: cautions against first registration’ to cover this."
The new CT1 form will be accesible from www.FormEvo.co.uk as normal on Monday 13th August
