NOTICE 08/04/2022 @ 10:45 - Companies House esubmission service running slow
Any users of MR01/LL MR01 forms should note the below from Companies House
"We have recently received a lot more Electronically Filed (EF) submission each day over the last week or so resulting in longer processing times. We are currently processing docs received on the 4th April so there is an approx 5 working day turnaround at the moment. It is the volumes of EF that are being received causing the delays but we are working through them as quickly as we can (we also have overtime tomorrow) – but at this moment, we can’t turn the docs around within 2 working days as we usually try to do. "
