Upcoming change to HM Land Registry's fees for information services become effective from 9 December 2024 and you will need to ensure your systems reflect these changes ahead of the date.
Fees will increase for services such as land charges, inspections of titles, agricultural credits, official searches and official copies of registers and plans and a table detailing all the changes can be viewed HERE. This marks the first increase in over 10 years. The increase reflecting the increased costs of running and improving HM Land Registry’s services.
