Companies House is updating its systems specific to MR01/ LL MR01 payments, therefore this Friday 6th submissions IF made will be held in a queue for longer than normal. Be Aware. The queue will only start to clear on the following Monday.
This doesn’t affect anything from the FormEvo side, as its the date that one submits that’s important BUT if YOU were slow in submitting and running out of time in the 21 day window, and got a rejection, THEN you have a problem and there is no appeals process for.
‘Any Mortgage Charge registrations getting close to their 21 deadline (like 6 days off) then do NOT submit Friday 6th December, and get them submitted Thursday 5th Dec before 5pm – this will help ensure that if the original submission has issues raised and gets rejected, there is still time to amend and resubmit next week'.
